New Sketch Released By SPD on Cold Case - Reward being offered
Sacramento Police Department's forensic artist, Barbara Anderson, has released a new sketch of an unidentified woman found burned in a dumpster in June 2001. The Carole Sund/Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation has offered a $5,000 reward for information involving this case.
